| Fantastic house with sea view and private swimming pool The Casa Rincón del Cesar is a fantastic and lovely house located on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is situated in a quiet area of Creixell, a small typical Catalan town, 3km from the white sandy beaches of Torredembarra, Costa Daurada. The house has 4 levels. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the dining/living room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a big terrace with a beautiful sea view. From this terrace you can go further upstairs to a large rooftop terrace where you will be able to enjoy the Mediterranean sun to the fullest. The ground floor living-room has an additional fully equipped kitchen which gives onto the garden, terrace and private pool of 9 x 5 meters. There is garden furniture, deck chairs, garden shower and a barbecue. Undoubtedly you will have a great relaxing holiday here! The house offers places to sleep for 8 persons. There are 3 double bedrooms: the first bedroom has a big queen size bed (150 x 200 cm), the second bedrooms has 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm) and the third bedroom has bunk beds, also each one 80 x 200 cm. There is a sofa bed for 2 persons in ground floor living-room near to the swimming pool. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, each of them with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, mixer and kettle. There are furthermore enough household utensils to prepare an appetizing meal for 8 people. Outside there is a big barbecue. There are two bathrooms: 1 fully equipped with bath, shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet, and a second smaller one on the first floor with shower, washbasin and toilet. The house also offers TV and DVD, sound system with CD. |

| There is an access beside the house to park 2 cars. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental price. You can bring them yourself or rent them on the spot. Price: 15,- € per person. Gas, electricity and water are also included in the rental price. Rentals always are from Saturday to Saturday. On arrival, a security deposit of 200 Euros has to be paid. This deposit will be refunded+ on the day of departure and after checking the house. If you want, we can do the final cleaning. Price: 80 €. |
